The "Lushy" project is a system for operating couriers - all types of shipments - throughout the country, door to door. We have characterized, designed and developed the venture.

Project includes:

  • Smart delivery ordering website - the customer enters the basic shipping details and immediately receives a price. He can choose regular or fast delivery, delivery by motorcycle or by car, and can even add stopping points to his delivery.
  • A fast and automatic chatbot for messengers and customers, which combines artificial intelligence (AI), performs real integration into the system and gives the customer a real answer to his questions, regarding the information of the shipments he ordered.
  • Courier app - Couriers can register as service providers through the app, receive alerts about new deliveries, take and make available deliveries, communicate with the delivery customer, send an invoice at the end of each month and receive payment, and more.
  • Operating system - The system is designed for the business operator to use, give it ongoing control over couriers and shipments, communicate with couriers and customers, and set various operational settings such as prices, alerts, suppliers and more. In addition, the system includes many more features so that it can work on an ongoing basis in a way that is almost independent - new courier approvals, automatic payment for couriers at the click of a button, rating and delay mechanisms for couriers, blocking mechanisms for utilizing the system, contact chat and email, performing various actions such as sending alerts to a particular recipient of couriers according to different filters, setting prices, changing prices globaly according to certain filters, updating information used in the application, etc.
